The BSWP Bible Study Conference 2026 — a gathering of a generation hungry for God, learning to encounter Christ through His Word so their hearts burn with a holy, enduring fire.
BSWP is a Christ-centred community devoted to knowing God through His Word, growing into the likeness of Christ, and helping others do the same. Inspired by the early Church in Acts 2:42, we exist to cultivate a culture where Scripture is not merely read, but understood, lived, and loved.
FERVENT 2026 marks BSWP's second-anniversary milestone — gathering believers from across churches, campuses, and communities to encounter Christ through His Word and be equipped for lifelong discipleship.
Across Nigeria, young people are gathering in unprecedented numbers to pray and seek God. We rejoice in this hunger. Yet many believers are passionate in prayer but lack confidence in the Scriptures — zealous, yet not equipped with the biblical foundations for lasting maturity.
We believe the answer is not less prayer, nor knowledge without devotion. The answer is disciples whose hearts burn because their eyes have been opened to Christ in the Scriptures.
Their hearts did not burn because of emotional excitement alone — they burned because Christ opened the Scriptures and revealed Himself.— The road to Emmaus, Luke 24:13–35
This is the fervency we long to see in this generation: not a passion sustained by emotion, but a holy fire born from seeing Christ in His Word. True biblical fervency is not manufactured — it is the natural response of hearts awakened by the revelation of Christ through the Scriptures. Our prayer is that every attendee leaves with the testimony of the Emmaus disciples.
